Information you provide

When you submit a project enquiry, Appnautics may receive your name, work contact details, organization, project information and any other information you choose to provide.

Technical and attribution information

The enquiry record may also include the page used to contact us, referring page, campaign parameters, browser user agent and a one-way hash of the network address for attribution, reliability and abuse prevention. The original network address is not retained by the enquiry application when hashing is enabled.

How the information is used

The information is used to review and respond to the enquiry, prepare for a discussion, maintain appropriate business records and protect the website from misuse.

Service providers and retention

Approved hosting, analytics, communication or customer-management providers may process information only as required to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Final retention periods should be documented before launch.
